Hunting cryptic binding pockets with enhanced sampling
We improved on the search for allosteric binding sites in target proteins of pharmaceutical interest in molecular simulations by combining fragment probes with a Hamiltonian replica exchange method to enhance the sampling of hydrophobic cavities.

How to disrupt the binding properties of ligand-gated ion channels with mutagenesis
We investigated the binding properties of ligand-gated ion channels with molecular simulations and enhanced sampling methods. The limits of binding interactions were tested through mutagenesis models.

The conformational landscape of aspartic acid
Enhanced sampling simulations allowed us to obtain a complete free energy conformational map for a simple aspartic acid molecule under different environmental conditions.
